Chamomile

Chamomile Roman (Ormensis nobilis), distilled from the medicinal herb throughout Europe, it has been used for thousands of years. It has anti-inflammatory properties and so is valuable for skin irritation or inflammation, sprains and stomach cramps. For insomnia it's especially useful for children because of its low toxicity. Used for eczema.
