Pricing

We charge a delivery fee of £3.95 for all orders.

Delivery Time

Most orders will arrive within 3-5 working days of you placing an order with us. Some of our rarer items will take longer - if this is the case, expected delivery time will be clearly displayed in the details section for that particular product.

Communication

We will send a confirmation email to your given contact address once your order has been posted so you know when to expect the goodies! If we anticipate any delay in shipping your order we will contact you by email asap.

Returns Policy

If any of the items you order from us are not as expected please return them to us within 14 days and we'll be happy to give you a full refund, provided the product has not been used. We will issue a full refund for faulty products.
